(Yes, they can swim, and they might throw a fruit or two at you if you dont throw one first.)   Eco-Tourism not far from Krabi and Ao Nang Ao Thalane is located just north of Ao Nang, about a 40-minute taxi ride away. Or rent a motorbike for the day! All groups have guides. Our rule is two guides for every 10 people. But there is no minimum group size. Come alone or bring 299 friends. (We do have our limits after all). Or do it on your own--we have maps of the canyons and waterways. Half-day (3 hours) and full-day (5 hours) trips are available. Bring sunblock for sure and a good hat--and something to feed the monkeys! Our prices are cheaper than in the tourist centers. We can also arrange trips with local guides to the islands such as Koh Hong! Need a place to stay? Just a five-minute walk from the dock is Coconut Home bungalows. Located amid tropical trees and right on the shore, these comfortable bungalows offer private baths with hot water and porches with hammocks. Rates are very low because this is far from the tourist crowd. A restaurant on site serves excellent local cuisine.
